Terms of Service: These Terms and Conditions and all exhibits attached hereto and made part hereof as if incorporated herein (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “agreement”) are hereby effective as of the date of engagement (documented . By completing form, you, the willing participating attendee (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “participant”) agrees that: (a.) any data or information willingly provided to FANWRKS, LLC can and may be shared with the person, entity, entities, providing the event (hereinafter collectively referred to as “entertainment”), along with any third parties, including but not limited to artist manager(s) and artist management staff, publicists, marketing professionals, record labels, record label staff, front office staff, sponsors, partners, and direct team members of entertainment. (b) participant is willingly providing personal data that may be used at the sole discretion of any parties previously mentioned in agreement.
